In my previous role, I led the Strategic Growth organization focusing on Strategic Planning, Marketing, the Establishment of new IP and M&A analyses, while managing the end-to-end BD and Capture lifecycle for large and strategic pursuits across Brillient’s Federal portfolio. Prior to that, I was laser focused on business development, leading large and strategic Captures for CGI Federal, and before that TeraThink’s, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics and Optimization, and Enterprise Finance and Risk lines of business, focusing on DHS, DOJ, DoD, and the Intel Community. There, I was responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities to maximize business growth. In addition, I was one of two individuals responsible for transitioning the company from 8(a) & small business to all full & open, and mostly prime, contracts within my first eighteen (18) months. Prior to joining TeraThink, I built and managed a successful WOSB management consulting firm, specializing in business transformation and performance optimization within DHS, DOJ, DoD and the IC. As President and CEO, I oversaw all aspects of the organization and provided complete leadership to the firm, establishing overall company direction. In addition, I supported the development, management, and strategic direction of other small consulting firms, providing executive coaching and consulting resulting in rapid year-over-year growth. My broad consulting and management experiences encompass all aspects of business practice, from organizational design, business transformation, project management, enterprise processes optimization and reengineering, enterprise application implementation, and financial management and analysis.
