Responsible for all supply/freight optimization, load shifting, dispatching, inventory management, and common carrier performance, including the coordination and tracking of day deals and optimization of inventory/contracts, daily utilization of optimization and dispatching software, and maintaining contract product lifting compliance for delivered Commercial & Industrial, Government, and Retail customers across the Eastern US.

Recruits, hires, and trains all drivers for the Savannah Terminal. Determines driver hiring eligibility, processes driver applications, and completes onboarding and orientations with all new hires. Monitors drivers electronic logs (XRSOmintracs) and hours of service. Maintains communication with all active drivers. Ensures drivers are in compliance with DOT regulations. Responsible for the discipline of drivers not in compliance with safety and other DOT/company regulations.
