Party won +50% of local and federal congress. -Designed and launched a methodology to evaluate a UNHCR cash-based intervention that targeted 47K refugees and asylum seekers in Mexico; resulted in 30% savings that allowed a coverage expansion, including 2 new local chapters.-Defined strategy to mitigate social impact of energy infrastructure projects in Mexico; mapped key stakeholders and analyzed data to outline an execution roadmap. Enabled compliance with Mexican legislation and successful implementation.

-Led internal transformation of Oil Labor Union in PEMEX (Mexican state-owned oil company). Structured internal organization, devised operational strategy and detected policy priorities for workers. Increased 3x union affiliation in 2020. -Identified and mediated conflicts with governmental institutions and grassroots groups; managed stakeholders at different seniority levels and advised them to achieve a favorable outcome for the Union. Established the Union as the second of its kind to be fully recognized by PEMEX.

-Defined national and local electoral strategy for federal campaign; identified priorities per state and built indicators to monitor progress. Changed +100 leadership positions in underperforming localities and expanded electoral funding by $12M USD.-Outlined a methodology to track and evaluate local and national political climate; classified and tracked priorities for electoral campaigns, and proposed action items for each priority preceding election. -Designed a tracking system to signal national and local political risks and opportunities; coordinated 2 regional teams to implement political strategy; aligned legislative priorities nationwide. Enhanced the establishment of alliances and enabled systematic crisis management.
