Strategic oversight and management of the growth and evolution of the Office of Community Empowerment. Notable successes in this role include:• Developing the Maricopa County Regional structure, which creates five distinct regions to identify opportunities and challenges better, understand diverse communities, and establish strong partnerships with municipalities, local government, and CBOs. The regionalization of Maricopa County informed the COVID-19 response, testing, and plan for vaccine points of distribution. Co-created the Public Health Liaisons program and guiding principles, which serve as a state and national model for equitable engagement efforts.• COVID-19 Response Operations Lead as the Diverse Community Vaccine Access Group supervisor and Director for Regional Public Health Liaisons, providing insight and expertise during the COVID-19 public health response.• Strategic Leadership of MCDPH's Community Health Needs Assessment process and data collection efforts.
