Coordinate with CORE Engineering regarding configuration issues encountered during deployment and engage appropriate engineering teams to facilitate a solution to address customer concerns.-Lead for Standardization of Processes and Quality checks – develop and implement UTRAN processes and procedures for the NA Engineering team based on standard processes and procedures created by CORE Engineering. Responsible for training local engineers to utilize Access tools adhering to processes and procedures, compile and maintain WNE schedule and project trackers, and serve as quality check prime to ensure accurate outputs are delivered in a timely manner. -Provide extensive Customer Support – continuously monitor and analyze network parameters and objects to ensure customer network is operating according to a high-level of quality of standards and meeting customer requirements. Develop and administer on-site training, empowering customers to gain knowledge and expertise required to continue maintaining their networks.-Accumulate a broad spectrum of knowledge through self-initiated training – obtain in-depth knowledge and experience regarding UMTS technology by participating in Knowledge Transfer Sessions coordinated by CORE Engineering. -Prime Network Engineer for the Sprint PCS Southeast Region markets and Validation Office in Miani-Prime for collaborating with CORE Engineering in creating Process documents for new CDMA software releases.-Conducted training sessions on new procedures and tools for all CDMA Network Engineering regions.-Provided leadership guidance to team members including mentoring new engineers to the group.-Responsible for reviewing all Network Engineering Datafill requests before being delivered to Database Engineering for creation, to maintain a high level of quality being provided by the group.

Team Leader for Sprint market and Database Engineer Prime for Sprint PCS.Responsible for providing support and training team members.Assisted team members in solving problems or issues regarding projects and/or markets.Created tracking process, for job requests requested by Project Management, RF Engineering, and customers. Process creates a unique identification number called JRQ or job request and all inputs, emails, and deliverables associated with the request, are delivered and stored with reference to this number.

Involved in Technical Transfer sessions with both Nortel and Telstra personnel.Created configuration files to support new features which included: ISSHO, SBS Upgrade, 34d/4th DISCO Expansion, Multi-BTS rehome, ATM Vector and ATM Passport files.Involved in training new employees, as well as trained visiting employees from other Asia Pacific Nortel offices.Created process documents for new NBSS releases.Introduced tracking process, process already used in North America, for Australia's Job Requests.Provided onsite support during implementation of the first ATM Vector with 3rd/4th DISCO to the Nortel VO Team.

Upgraded Voice Response Unit (VRU) systems.Designed and implemented hardware and software for ASPECT bridge to VRU systems.Designed, modified and initiated various changes to VRU applications. Changes included: new subroutines, new DLL's, and parameter restructuring.Reconstructed development VRU to communicate with host via TCPIP/Sockets and successfully started application for demonstration purposes.

Performed analysis, designed, programmed, implemented, and tested computer programs for VRUs. Software development included various host interfaces (IBM 3174, X.25, Burroughs) in different telephony environments.Member of FastPath programming group, which produced VRU's in smaller time frames.
