Current- Manage a team of direct reports focused in Customer Service/Inside Sales Representatives in a manufacturing environment for all of North America;- Coaching and training on daily tasks, annual review and personal development, and project management- Run daily/weekly reports for time management and customer history for sales analyzation and customer prioritydetermination - Created a positive customer experience working closely with outside sales representatives to provide customer communication, order entry, providing quotation- Present weekly update meeting for product delays and changes to our communications- Worked with team to implement an automatic invoicing/conformation system within CRM (Microsoft Navision)
