I have more than 25 years of experience from customer-related jobs in companies and freelance, also manage my own small business related to buying and selling products that customers are looking for, and meeting their goals is what I love doing. Not living behind my high school dream of being a teacher which I succeeded for ESL students children and adults. I started doing this by helping family and friends around my neighborhood. First learned responsibilities as a stockboy in a supermarket at 16 years old where I started to earn my first paycheck and realize the value of hard work. Little by little i found myself in a telecommunications company, telemarketing companies. this was where I learned Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales. and handling customer related issues resolving the matter at need with speedy results not letting them just go by to look for another person to help them when I can do it myself. One thing that is great about this i is that it provided me these opportunities to learn skills such as communication skills in both English and Spanish to use them correctly with respect, courtesy, professionalism, speedy response with positive feedback, getting to know the customers interacting with them and showing my interest to comply and meet their requirements. I learn how to do research, Data annalizing, promotion, in a timely manner. Then through this period, i had landed an opportunity to work in a school as a teacher that I dreamed of when I was in high school. I did not leave that chance behind so I took that new leap and maintaining my other duties always with a scheduled plan so one thing won't interfere with the other. Here I learned to deal with Children from kindergarten to teenagers graduating in high school. What was great about this teaching job that I started, i learned how to deal with students, having patience which is a must, Learning day by day new things in the field of education in different circumstances i am glad I helped out a lot of students in many ways that makes me glad that I followed what I wanted to do as a teenager myself. Interacting with parents and students taught me more about the satisfaction that one has to help others and the patience that's needed in this field.
