Responsible for sales, account management and product development for central US including southern California. Products focus on patient acquistion and retention for aesthetic/plastic surgery practices as well as elective ophthalmology procedures.

Tasked with developing a team of Business Development Managers to service the needs of existing cutomers and work with sales team to identify new potential customers.

Provided business and practice development support to key owners of VISX and Intralase laser platforms in the LASIK Industry. Focused on increasing use of AMO products and practice growth. Worked directly with sales team to identify and develop new customer base.

Privately owned multilocation laser vision correction business owned by 60+ optometrists and 4 key surgeons. All aspects of this dynamic business were my responsibilites from marketing budget and placement to share holder relations and patient interacations. The business grew from a new investment venture to a multi-million dollar busines in only a few short years.
