I have over 25 years experience in call center management and service. Responsible for the day to day operations to include oversight of staff and ensure they maintain the company's expectations on production levels. Our customers deserve to experience quality of service they can rave about. My role is setting standards and guidelines for customer interaction monitoring, evaluating staff, identify areas of professional development as well as enhanced training which is essential to maintaining strong client/customer relationships. Additionally, I analyze operations of the contact center and oversee any efficiency improvements and develop strategies to meet key performance targets and implement future enhancements that align with company goals.
