• Responsible for growth & development of Use & New Commercial & Passenger vehicle Finance business• Credit Appraisal & Analysis • Portfolio Management & Branch Management• Planning for the strategy of business and collection.• Promotional activities (Financier Camp, Road Show, etc.)• Day to Day Monitoring to Executives for their sales & collection & advising them to balance POT-NPA & Bucket Management.• NPA Resolution, meeting NPA customers & make them understand of their arrears and proposing our top-up loan like Re-agreement, Gold loan for minimizing their arrears• Action planning for those are not responding us and casual in their re-payments or intentionally making defalcations• Stock Liquidation, Recovery & legal
