CurrentThe Base Program is a flagship program, under the Pathways to Sustainable Employment(PaSE) project funded by Mastercard Foundation and The World Bank, through the Ministry of Communication, seeks to provide integrated entrepreneurship support (skills building, seed funding, incubation, acceleration), with a view to building a pipeline of investment ready firms (more than 70% women-led firms) , and linking young people to employment opportunities, leveraging on a distributed network of hubs across Ghana.Some of my responsibilities, as the Innovations Associate in charge of the Digital Skills Training, include :• Coordinated over 20 project timelines and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables of Free Digital Skills Training Programs.• Prepared over 10 project budgets, tracking spending and ensuring adherence to financial targets.• Developed and implemented project plans, establishing clear goals and objectives for all implementing partners to follow.• Mapping out over 10 training plans and schedules, coordinating logistics, travel and accommodation arrangements as well as designing and developing training programs for trainers from implementing partners hubs.• Reported regularly to project managers on project budget, progress, technical problems and resolutions.Implemented 5 cohorts of Free Digital Skills Training Program resulting in over 700 trainees with over 400 incubatees and 300 interns.
