My experience is with organisations which have been looking to take performance to a new level. I have helped them to do that by identifying and improving the impact made by leaders, the quality of the workforce and the effectiveness of the organisation. I leverage that that experience through Laurence Moss Consulting, working with organisations across a number of geographies. I provide consulting expertise to senior leadership leadership teams and HR Directors. Consulting assignments have included devising and implementing assessment and development programmes for senior leaders and high potential emerging talent. I have designed performance management systems for clients and also worked with Chief Executives to identify their organisations' core capabilities and the people strategies and actions needed to strengthen these.My experience in working with senior executives in many different industries have given me a deep understanding of leadership team effectiveness across a range of sectors and organisational cultures.
