I have worked on projects for the American Heart Association, Morris Animal Foundation, Senior Adult Legal Assistance, Days End Farm Horse Rescue, Retired Racehorse Project's Thoroughbred Makeover, Louise Archer Elementary, Green Hedges School, Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program (now Cloverleaf Equine Center), and Hope for Horses.Since February 2022, I have been the first Director of Development and Communications for Child Justice, a nonprofit legal services organization based in Silver Spring, Maryland. My responsibilities include fundraising, grant writing and management, event planning, marketing and outreach, digital communications and strategy, and social media. From 2013 to 2022, I worked with Stella & Dot as an Independent Stylist. As an Associate Director, I coached a team of 25 women. I thoroughly enjoyed my nine years with Stella & Dot and developed many close friendships through the business opportunity, along with valuable sales, mentoring, and marketing experience. I am a farm girl at heart and proud mama to many furry creatures, including a Mustang mare, an off-track Thoroughbred gelding, three dogs, two cats, one goat, and an adorable sheep.
