By donating a few hours per month people who are, or have been in the start-up trenches can offer help and advice to other entrepreneurs. I'm The team coaching methodology is richer and deeper than one-one coaching as it leverages a diverse range of experience at the table, plus it's fun. We do it because we know it's difficult to get to the next rung when you're starting out, whether that rung is to join an accelerator, test a market, build a prototype, flesh out a business plan, hire key personnel, or seek funding. And we do it because it's a chance for all of us to learn from each other.

Vertetude LLC is a creative services company specializing in integrated marketing and architecture/interior design for consumer brands and retail concepts. We create marketing communication strategies that deliver relevant and compelling messages and environments to connect with key audiences, building awareness, trial, and increased sales. First employee of a white-label server tool to customize management of small server installations using predictive algorithms. Company acquired by Traveling Software.

Developed a consulting business focused on entrepreneurs, and fast-growing companies. Specialties included CEO coaching in sales and marketing, human resource management, and basic financial management tools.

Stood up new role of General Manager at multimillion dollar production, marketing and design firm. Responsible for P&L, internet strategies, sales management, human resources, and finance.

Part of the small transition team that merged an online sales and marketing company with Micro Warehouse. (By 2000 Micro Warehouse was the leading direct marketer and catalog retailer of personal computer products with worldwide sales of $2.6 billion.) Developed tools to increase click-through and sign up generating trackable results to increase sales month over month for over 1400 SKUs. Created layouts and page design to integrate online content within a print environment. Online business shut down by parent company.

During this time one of our premier online properties, Download Warehouse, became the largest reseller in the electronic software distribution market. Personally developed qualitative studies for user interface design, organized trade show events, collaborated to build first-of-their-kind web-based marketing techniques, and implemented other marketing tools.

Joined Herring Newman as V.P. of Operations overseeing the construction and launch of new offices in Seattle and San Francisco.

As general manager launched startup advertising agency with the two founders. Set up or created all the systems including billing and accounting integrations, HR, and facilities. Within three years we had grown the business to represent leading national brands and billings in excess of 10 million dollars.

Oversaw the facilities and operational details for fast-growing advertising agency. Growth in five years was 86% in personnel and billings.
