The Chief Engagement Officer (CEngO or other CEO) in Consortium Private Wealth is a strategic leader responsible for leveraging AI technology to enhance client engagement and empower financial advisors. This executive spearheads the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies, overseeing the deployment of cutting-edge tools that enable advisors to better connect with clients and anticipate their needs. The CEngO collaborates closely with IT, data science, and compliance teams to ensure that AI solutions are both effective and compliant with financial regulations.Key to this role is a blend of technical expertise in AI and machine learning, deep financial services knowledge, and strong leadership skills. The CEngO must be adept at translating complex AI concepts into practical applications for advisors, while also staying abreast of emerging trends in AI and financial technology. This position is a strategic thinker who can drive organizational change, analyze data-driven insights, and effectively communicate the value of AI-enhanced engagement strategies to both internal teams and clients.This role uses AI to help insurance agents, financial planners and financial advisors to get in front of clients who are interested in financial planning and advising.
