The Chief Engagement Officer (CEngO or other CEO) in Consortium Private Wealth is a strategic leader responsible for leveraging AI technology to enhance client engagement and empower financial advisors. This executive spearheads the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies, overseeing the deployment of cutting-edge tools that enable advisors to better connect with clients and anticipate their needs. The CEngO collaborates closely with IT, data science, and compliance teams to ensure that AI solutions are both effective and compliant with financial regulations.Key to this role is a blend of technical expertise in AI and machine learning, deep financial services knowledge, and strong leadership skills. The CEngO must be adept at translating complex AI concepts into practical applications for advisors, while also staying abreast of emerging trends in AI and financial technology. This position is a strategic thinker who can drive organizational change, analyze data-driven insights, and effectively communicate the value of AI-enhanced engagement strategies to both internal teams and clients.This role uses AI to help insurance agents, financial planners and financial advisors to get in front of clients who are interested in financial planning and advising.

My Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching:Deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and workshops in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, research methods, and statistical analysis.Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.Facilitate class discussions, group projects, and experiential learning opportunities to enhance students' understanding and practical skills.My Research Guidance:Mentor and advise students on research projects, including thesis and dissertation work.Conduct and publish research in the field of I-O Psychology and General Psychology, contributing to the academic community's knowledge base.Encourage students' involvement in research activities and guide them in conducting empirical studies and data analysis.My Curriculum Development:Integrate emerging theories, methodologies, and real-world applications into course content.Ensure that students gain a comprehensive understanding of key concepts in I-O Psychology, research design, and statistical analysis.Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.Professional Development:Stay current with developments in I-O Psychology, research methods, and statistical techniques.Collaborate with industry professionals and organizations to foster academic-industry partnerships.My approach: A.R.T.E.A based on my experience of teaching and researching in problem solving of treatment and populations.A - Assess (Is there a problem and how present is it)R - Research (Confirmed the problem, now why is it a problem) T - Treat (Based on research, create, design, develop and implement the solution)E - Evaluate (Did my treatment work?)A - Analytics (Put measures and data exploration in place to ensure the problem does not come back)I love my work to make quality of life better for all.
