I have been already working in IT for 9 years. Despite a little expierence I have been to different position of the team. I had worked as an implementation specialist, a tester and an anatyst. Although I participated in nearly all stages of development, I have never been a programmer. I am very grateful to each passed stage for the wide experience. This allows me to approach the work with an understanding of the details.For long time I had been helping McDonald's to build a digital system on a Russian market. My team created a mobile app, a website and a CDP for them. Now I'm helping a new company adapt to the changes. My job is coordinate the activities of analyst, planning and distribution of responsibilities and tasks, monitoring their implementation, hiring staff and organizing training of specialists.As a leader, I have to understand all areas of the product and solve a lot of issues every day. I pay a lot of attention to the growth of my team, their condition and communication within the all dev team. I am convinced that these are the key factors for comfortable work. I also deal with the ordinary tasks of an analyst: I analyze, design a solution, transfer it and advise to the development team, implement new functionality.I am a cross-functional and result-driven specialist. I understand how important it is to remain flexible to changes despite my love of working on schedule and completing tasks on the dot.
