Responsible for answering service calls and scheduling visits for client retail locations to satisfy their maintenance contracts. Some project management work was required, involving scheduling contractors to go to each individual client location and document the equipment present. Once this data had been collected, it was entered into a customer-accessible database and any necessary follow up visits were scheduled. Other duties involved answering routine service calls and dispatching local contractors to the client locations for repairs. Weekly and monthly status reports were prepared for the client regarding both the unscheduled service calls received as well as routine maintenance calls serviced.
