Recruited to address a broad range of supply chain operational issues, develop a plan to incorporate procurement efforts of three separate locations into a corporate program that would support long-term cost reductions and therefore growth in profitability. Took actions to incorporate the strengths of a national procurement group to leverage significant procurement cost reductions in areas common to all facilities. Developed a plan to bring critical outside processing in house, thereby reducing costs by 50% and simplifying operational logistics. Renegotiated long term pricing agreements with all major suppliers.

Projects included evaluating and preparing an end of life schedule for several product lines on legacy aircraft to allow the OEM to make critical business decisions related to product liability. Other projects included monitoring a large dynamic spare parts inventory on behalf of a financial institution for almost two years. This inventory included engines, rotable components, expendables and consumable hardware. Separately, participated in developing a proposal to have a large spare parts inventory with an estimated value of $100 million consigned to manage on behalf of a financial institution.
