With over twenty years of experience in the legal industry, I lead the attorney talent strategy at Benesch, a full-service law firm with offices across the US. In addition to my experience and educational background, I have executive coach training, all of which I use to recruit, develop, and retain top legal talent.As the Chief Talent Officer, I oversee the following functions related to our firm's strategic growth plan: lateral attorney talent acquisition, next generation lawyer talent acquisition, hiring, on-boarding, and integration of lateral attorneys, retention of top talent, and lawyer talent development. I have the good fortune of working with an amazing team of talented professionals, focused on the successful execution of each key business function, working collaboratively across multiple practice areas and business units. Culture is a key area of emphasis in terms of supporting our growth and retention plans, along with maintaining a lense of diversity, equity and inclusion in everything we do. I collaborate with others in firm leadership and practice group chairs to create a culture and environment that fosters career progression, leadership development, and a commitment to excellent client service. Some of my achievements include opening and growing new office locations, receiving the Crain's Archer Award for Professional Development, and implementing a coaching program for our attorneys.
