Play4Peace's mission: Fostering social inclusion by supporting disadvantaged youth aged 16 to 28 in their personal and professional development through sports, education, and mentorship.My role is to develop innovative strategies that align with our mission, secure resources to sustain and expand our programs, and ensure seamless execution of activities that empower young people to thrive personally and professionally. From driving partnerships to fostering inclusion through education, sports, and mentorship, I strive to build a brighter future for the next generation.

As the Director of Academy4Peace, I was responsible for the development, launch, and management of this innovative program. I designed and implemented initiatives focused on personal, professional, and entrepreneurial growth for underprivileged youth, combining education, mentorship, and sports. I also ensured the program's smooth operation, fostering partnerships, coordinating with mentors, and creating impactful experiences to help participants unlock their full potential.
