About Luis Vinhas

I am a software engineer with over three years of experience working on software development initiatives. Currently employed as a firmware engineer at Sensormatic by Johnson Controls, I’m hands-on in all steps of the software development cycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment applications for Linux-based devices, mainly using C, C++, and Go programming languages.I completed my master’s degree in Electronics Engineering at Minho University. Throughout my academic life and working experience, I have gained good organizational skills thanks to the various projects developed in group work. I am committed to working as a collaborative and positive team member, determined to utilize my knowledge and expertise to achieve better engineering outcomes.I’m passionate about software development and look forward to working on new projects in the near future.
