Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), I was an engineering intern at DuPont, helping in the Production areas, where I was responsible for monitoring deviations, assisting in problem investigations and also in improvements in the productive areas; in Continuous Improvement Projects and Savings; and Quality, being responsible for all documentation of quality for APQP customers and projects.After a year and a half of a lot of learning and challenges, I was hired as a Customer Service Specialist, whose main activities were commercial support for local and Latin American customers, following the entire process, from customer request to delivery, in addition to the creation of sales orders in SAP, returns and samples and support in the export and import process.After a year, in addition to Customer Service responsibilities, I became responsible for the billing process in Latin America (Invoice to Cash SME), but as the focal point for Brazil, monitoring sales notes, returns, samples, purchase orders, credit and debit notes and problems, mainly due to SEFAZ rejections and supporting Invoice to Cash coordinators from other countries (Argentina/Mexico) so that they have zero non-conformities.Skills developed: leadership; proactivity; team work; resilience; time management; strategic vision; quick and critical thinking; project management and its tools; production management and its tools; good interpersonal relationship; sense of urgency; oral and written communication; relationship with customers; SAP ECC; Advanced Microsoft Excel; Power Bi; Green Belt.
