Scheduled non-academic use of facilities and classrooms across campus acting as a consultant for clients to meet their facility, food service and equipment needs; Developed and implemented user contracts, facility policies and building procedures; Managed issues related to facility use, space allocations, maintenance, custodial and capital improvement projects to ensure equitable and compatible use for all individuals housed in the Union; Served as advisor for Eastern Student Entertainment by assisting in programming and event management; Developed and monitored budgets for Hoke Union Building and Facilities Scheduling; Recruited, selected and supervised student facility assistant workers; Coordinated services for events including conferences, summer camps, convocation, and commencement.
