In these roles, I successfully led and implemented various HR initiatives and projects, such as HRM system, employee relations, total rewards, HR capability uplift, organizational change, and talent acquisition and retention. I also managed the compensation and benefits function for Transocean's Asia Pacific and Australasia region, overseeing a large and diverse workforce.
