Cost Planning:Prepare, update costplan/ cost model from the concept design to construction design..Cost data collection and build up the unit rate for specified works.Cross check the costruction cost in compared with the similar project, ensure the costplan is aligned with the costruction cost. Determine the abnormal details/ design or material.Prepare the potential VE to propose the Client.2. Measurement:Manage of design check list review and control the schedule of receiving design information, RFI from/to the Designer and schedule of QS deliverables;Cross check, bulkcheck the quantity provide by AQS/ Team member, take off quantity.Highly review the level of cost and rate, analysis of built up unit rate for CSA3. Cost Management in the early stage:Leading the tender management from Pre-Q, procurement and tender document preparation to contract document;Procurement package stratreagy and prepare package cost.Prepare the PTE for the upcoming tender.4. Tender and Contract Document PreparationFull Tender Document preparation: Tender Letter, Tender Document, LOA and Contract Document to issue for tender;Manage the coumunication among the stakeholders during the tender periodTender interviews/Tender assessment report of Tenderer submissionConduct the Tender Analysis Reports & advise the Employer for his direction.Organized the Tender Interview including prepared the TCQ, Meeting memo and other duties up on the requested.4. Contract Management.Prepare, advised and review, the contractural provisions.Negotiate the LOA/ contract with the Tenderer for the final contract, finishing the contract document for signing.5 .Post Contract Management.Attending Site Meeting for IPC, VO assessment;Overall view for financial statement reports, valuation of IPC, and VO assessment, final account statement;Determine the PVO, VO estimation and managementManage to maintain cost comparison, cost analysis and cost database and other operation databases of projects
