As the Archibus Space Management Analyst at ALCM Lerato Molefe provides support to Architects, Facilities Managers and Project Managers within the Facilities Management Department. The support consists of drafting work for campus repair, corporate Space Planning, Space Management using Archibus and construction projects. The position performs moderate to difficult technical drafting utilizing the AutoCAD program and Archibus software; prepares building and site-related drawings which have been designed by the department and will design a room layout within constraints of cost, client objectives, and space standards as defined by the client space policies. Conducts site surveys. Develops CAD standards for existing and future drawings and implements those standards to new drawings. Modifies existing drawings as necessary and provides hard copy or electronic copy. Also, assist clients on how to optimize space by implementing their spaces using the Archibus Space planning and management module. I have performed on-site consultation for clients, namely Vodacom with their space planning department and UNISA 's project management team. I have managed Business Specifications; Training Manuals and Space Occupancy Survey conducted on-site for the Liberty Space Management project. Currently, I am managing Assets using Archibus Asset Management for NDPW.
