Aside from providing guests with excellent customer service, I also oversee data by staying up to date on inventory, monitoring trends, and using metrics to forecast sales.

As a retail expert at Kroger, I was responsible for maintaining the store's safety by adhering to the company’s global rules and COVID-19 protocols. As an expert, I manned several tasks including, providing exceptional customer service, neatly organizing inventory, and merchandising, just to name a few. While at Kroger, I learned the importance of paying attention to detail and how to work efficiently.
