In my role as Digital Integration at DISH Digital Solutions by METRO AG, I support our international subsidiaries in implementing scalable solutions for hospitality customers. My focus is on communicating digital products, creating tutorials, how-to videos, release notes and managing the DISH Support YouTube channel.- Creation of training materials to monetise and deliver high quality learning resources.- Contribute to the knowledge base (DISH Support): Active participation in the development and maintenance of the knowledge base. This includes the creation of product manuals using various software tools and their ongoing updating in line with new product releases.- Content marketing on YouTube: Researching new trends and opportunities to optimise our products. Develop script concepts and schedules for videos. Actively participate in the planning and execution of video shoots, including the creation and editing of content for YouTube, dish.co and DISH Support.- Product Analysis: Conduct product analysis to ensure ongoing quality and drive continuous improvement of our key products.Key Skills:- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate product information.- Experience in creating digital learning materials and user guides.- Content marketing and video production skills.- Ability to perform detailed product analysis and implement recommendations for improvement.My aim is to increase the efficiency and success of the catering customers through innovative digital solutions and effective communication.

During my year-long internship in the catering industry, I gained extensive experience in the HoReCa sector. My main responsibilities included service, event planning and execution as well as assisting in the kitchen.Main tasks:Service and event preparation:- Preparing the restaurant area for service and upcoming events.- Ensuring a high quality of service at all times.- Assist in the presentation of food, daily menus, drinks and cocktails.- Checking and managing stock and optimising the supply chain.- Maintain safety and hygiene standards.Financial and stock management: - Carrying out cash accounting and stocktaking.Kitchen support and logistics: - Assisting with food preparation. - Receiving and storing food. - Organising and planning events and delivery times. - Set up buffets.Collaboration and menu design: - Regular dialogue with sommeliers and participation in menu design.This internship gave me the opportunity to gain practical experience in different areas of catering and to deepen my understanding of the HoReCa industry.
