- Develop, operate, evaluate and improve sales processes, sales policies and sales programs- Coordinate with PRD department to build and implement product development projects, sales systems, and pricing systems- Coordinate with the Marketing department to deploy sales support activities, B2B marketing activities, analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize sales impact- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and ideas to improve sales efficiency and identify potential opportunities or threats.- Analyze and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business results to provide insights and actions for management- Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide the sales team and management with actionable insights- Build the Commercial department's annual business plan including all key indicators according to the Company's OKRs and conduct periodic tracking- Develop incentive policies, calculate monthly incentive costs and ensure incentive costs do not exceed the allowed threshold- Analyze effectiveness and sales productivity of each employee, group and department to conduct periodic assessments- Support the Sales department with data, reporting, analysis, research and other sales support activities- Process and follow all active Sales projects and evaluate the effectiveness of each project- Other Sales and business projects as assigned

- Coordinate with the Accounting team in the month end closing process to ensure management reporting data matches consolidated financial statements- Prepare a full package of monthly management reports and provide insightful analysis between actual vs budget, actual vs last year- Track operation metrics to make sure the performance is on a healthy trend- Track and analyst ROI of spending and give valid recommendations to improve biz performance- Develop financial models and build business cases to evaluate their understanding of financial results- Partner with other Business and Function teams to establish the ongoing development of financialanalysis reporting that support the business decisions and strategic goals- Partner with business stakeholders to drive the annual planning lifecycle including all budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting- Demonstrate strong financial analyzing skills to evaluate and analyze financial data, operationalmetrics to deliver analysis that can provide insight to the business and to improve financial/operation performance- Support on preparation financial planning, rolling forecast, annual budget

- Preparing separate financial statements, consolidated financial statements, revenue and expenditure statements, investment items reports and other types of financial statements in accordance with VAS, IFRS standards- Checking between actual costs incurred and initial budget, preparing expenses reports, cash flow reports, cash flow projections for the future and analyzing the financial situation of the Company and making future financial plans for the Company- Knowledgeable and consulting customers on issues related to accounting law, tax law, legal and finance- Evaluating the effectiveness and compliance in the internal control process of the business and thereby advising businesses on improvement of this process
