Program objective was the Front to Back SOPHIS Value implementation (all SOPHIS module: OMS, PMS, RMS and Var module). Program has been splited in 7 projects:- Front: focus on the OMS implementation- Trade Process - Referential (including interface with Societe Generale tool)- Nav Control: New Sophis module develop with our collaboration- Fees: New Sophis development by using Toolkit- Risk: Implementation of the RMS and VaR module and replacement of the VaR module by Misys Risk - MigrationDevelopment / Deployment strategy was defined by lot- 1st lot – Multi Asset management- 2nd lot – Index Management & CPPI- 3rd lot - ETF (synthetic)- 4th lot – Formula Fund and Fund of fund Responsibilities :- Program Manager- Budget defintion and follow up- Sourcing strategy definition- Management of the comite at the program level and participation / review of all the project comite- Software selection (Workshop, POC, Scoring and Software selection validation)- Définition and review of the business process- Management of the relationship with the software vendor Achievements :- Customization / Toolkit development have been limited - Sourcing strategy have been aligned to group strategy (Offshoring and ATG) - Delivery of the lot 1 & 2- Agile methodology has been deployed for lot 2- Budget : 12 000 m/d- Management 30 team members
