* Perform in-depth due diligence investment analysis reports to members of Board of Directors.* Analyze and underwrite investment decisions for leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios including preparation of:+ Cash flow models+ Feasibility study, sensitivity tables+ Property valuations and joint venture structuring using Excel.* Analyze economic, legal, political and market conditions of projects.

* Prepare in-depth due diligence analysis and feasibility study. Providing a variety of valuation services to clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring deadlines are met whilst meeting the demands of multiple clients.* Providing accurate and professional valuations in compliance with client requirements that highlight all potential risks. Maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.* Building and maintaining client relationships in the business line. * Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies. Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products. Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios. Develop complex financial models and analyze legal documents.* Achievements: Delivered more than 300 advisory & valuation reports; avg. 1 report per working day.

* Gather and analysis the comparable. Review, understand and summary of the legal documents. Understand the market information in order to able to produce the market commentary for various sectors. Translating the report into English or Vietnamese. Assisting the residential valuations upon request.
