Web-based communication system for Distributions Support and Customer Services dept. (system providing one-way broadcast communication to sales forces and customers via Zalo Official Account)Other responsibilities / achievements apart from on-going projects:1. Supporting IT management in composing Business Proposals for new projects2. Played as IT PM in a 4-month Strategic Project to boost sales production in 1Q2020, during which Sales and Operational system enhancements were made for 3 different insurance products (01 new & 02 existing products)
