With over 17 years of experience in finance and banking, I am currently the Financial Aid Manager at Fulbright University Vietnam, the country's first and only liberal arts institution. In this role, I oversee the financial aid policies, processes, and systems for more than 1,000 students, ensuring access and affordability for all. I also manage the financial aid budget, monitor the compliance and quality of the financial aid services, and liaise with external donors and partners. I have successfully secured and administered multiple grants and scholarships for Fulbright students from prestigious organizations such as the US Department of State, the Ford Foundation, and the Mastercard Foundation. Prior to joining Fulbright in 2019, I worked as a Senior Financial Aid Officer and a Deputy Head of Corporate Office at BIDV, one of the largest commercial banks in Vietnam, where I developed and implemented various credit products and solutions for corporate clients. I have a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Fulbright Economic Teaching Program and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. I am skilled in financial analysis, corporate finance, credit, and financial aid administration. I am passionate about education and social justice, and I am committed to helping Fulbright fulfill its mission of empowering the next generation of Vietnamese leaders with critical thinking, creativity, and civic responsibility.
