1) Group Business Development Director- Originate residential development and investment opportunities to unlock the company’sacquired land banks.- Manage the research team to conduct market researches and customer surveys to definetarget customers, product types and development features to meet customer needs andmatch their purchasing powers to provide input for originating development opportunities.- Manage the team to run financial modelling and valuations to assess the financial feasibilityof the new development projects.2) Managing Director for Nam Long VCD:- Direct the entire operations of the company and be accountable for the company’s annualbottom lines.- Develop annual planning and budgeting to deliver assigned annual key performance areasand key performance indicators.- Monitor implementation progress, control budget spending, and carry out correctivemeasures to keep activities on track.- Ensure the compliance of business operations with the corporate charter, governanceprinciples and group’s policies and processes.- Conduct regular reporting to Group level and Board of Directors

- Manage the investment sales to find potential investment partners to co-develop theresidential development project.- Develop residential development proposals and present them to potential investors toconvince them to co-invest in the joint-development opportunity.- Appoint broker firms and manage them to develop the pipeline of potential investors- Be responsible for supervising finance and accounting, human resources and officeadministration, and corporate reporting

Manage project team to deliver HRM solutions to clients. Selective clients include Shell, Mega We Care, GSK, Tetra Park, Prudential, An Binh Bank, Nam Long, etc
