- Performs professional & administrative work in coordinating, directing and supervising human resource functions in the such areas as: Recruitment; Compensation & Benefits (payroll, PIT, insurance, job evaluation, personnel budget, ...); - Performance Management: make plan, implement, manage performance management to the department in order to ensure fair & transparent evaluation practices to all levels.- Responsible for delivering and improving HR processes and programs through continuous improvement efforts, technology solutions and manager direct coaching. Provides the necessary tools and processes as well as work closely with lines managers to assist them for better managing their workforce and drive behavior for colleagues to be self-sufficient.- Handle end to end recruitment cycle- Coordinate with Head of HRBP to review, develop and implement HR strategies, HR polices, Internal Labor regulation in line with company's strategy and local law requirements.

- Recruiting workers and 1st round interview for low level of office staff.- Managed and controlled company monthly attendance accurately and timely to send file to accounting for proceeding payroll for staff & workers;- Follow up annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, overtime, compensation leave for staff.- Make final salary for employees who were apply resignation letter.- Managed social, unemployment and health insurance for staff.- Proposed and designed company’s salary scale and benefits system;- Built up the criteria for appraisal system and managed competence and work performance assessment which are bases for fair payment;- Updated market trends on compensations & benefits.
