- Created and control Cost Centre follow Givaudan’s SAP. - Re-coding, control & analysis inventory data in SAP.- Do the standard and actual costing.- Control all budget : opex, capex, adhoc. - Report direct to Controller team APAC for controlling activities as a Site Controller; Finance team APAC as a Finance Manager.- A part of intergration team in Vietnam with outstanding for VAS & IFRS.- Supporting outside statutory and tax service providers. - Supporting for legal doccument and request when Givaudan M&A in 2019

- Monitoring operational accounting matters: journal entry for AR AP, Sale, Inventory, Costing; do all Finance Report. - Manage financial performance for internal analysis report and tax report, CIT, Tax Audit. - Manager payroll, KPI, annual bonus, ecentive bonus and also income tax to ensure is in compliance as Vietnam Law.- Preparing and control Budget, including Bussiness Plan. - Work with Ernst & Young as external audit every 3 months. - Preparing for both legal side and external audit side when Asia Chemical Corp M&A in 2015. - Control HR team for admintration side. - Do all the informations updated in Binh Duong & HCM Department of Planning and Invest for Company Certificate of Business Registration.

- Fixed Asset control: New or reused equipments import from parent company. - Register all loans from parent company or foreign bank at state bank.Control all loans. - Control and allocate pre-paid expense including rent & lease land in VSIP1- Prepare and register PIT for both Vietnam and Foreign Labor.- Prepare and register company FCT.- Work with KPMG for Transfer Pricing Audit.- Work with Custom Audit for fixed asset import.- Work with PWC for external audit every 6 months.
