• Manage all activities related to the Outsourcing Employees.• Make orientation training for client's employees about the compensation and benefit regulations • Compose job offer for contractors• Prepare monthly payroll, related report (C&B, SHUI, segment cost, leave....)• Answer inquiries from clients and client's employees related to Payroll process and pay-slips • Calculate and declare and clean PIT.• Process terminations and severance payments for client's employees• Investigate and bring to resolution of customer questions• Council clients on HR policies , procedures and Labor Law• Other tasks as client's requirements

• Process payroll (payroll, bank transfer, pay-slip....)• Manage Labor Contract : issue Labor Contract for new hired employees, extend Labor contract for current employees• Manage employee profiles (record, statistic update......)• Manage company policies, procedures• Making report to Social Insurance Department• Calculate , declare and clean PIT tax• Reporting monthly/ quarterly reports, recruitment reports, turnover reports, expenses and referral bonus reports to the General Director.• Reporting monthly/ quarterly reports, recruitment reports, turnover reports, expenses and referral bonus reports to the General Director.
