This experience allowed him to sharpen his sales and marketing skills. Being the sole member of the company allowed him to understand what to look for in talent when recruiting. Vincent's key role was to ensure the highest quality of work provided to the real estate brokers, agents, and investors. Some of his responsibilities included but not limited to... managing a sales team, marketing team, recruiting management, and maintaining relationships with clients.

- President of Fresh Blue GlassFresh Blue Glass is a e-commerce brand based off of blue light glasses. Providing the 21st century a solution to declining eyesight from constant use of technology. Fresh Blue Light was made affordable and easy to use for anybody that is a consumer of technology.Vincent began this company on his own. At first he handled all of the web design, social media, marketing, and product fulfillment. He then began hiring virtual assistants to fulfill the social media and product fulfillment. Shortly after, he recruited a marketing team and web developer. Once Vincent had a team in place, he took a management role instead of taking on every responsibility. The majority of his time went into working with the marketing team to scale the company. He also met with his virtual assistants to ensure there was a smooth workflow.
