- Drafting resolutions and agreements for several jurisdictions including GCC and EU countries- Maintaining and providing general administrative support for the legal team in Lebanon and other jurisdictions- Conducting legal research- Coordinating with internal stake holder and external third parties.- Preparing legal documents and correspondences-Filing Economic Substance regulations report for UAE entities.

• Data collection of qualitative information through reliable and consistent process.• Legal drafting through binding legal texts using advanced and ideally professional writing skills• Legal translation through translation legal texts from English to Arabic and vice versa.
