● Data Automation: Worked with technical professionals in cross-departmental teams (including AI Lab, IT Online Strategy, IT CC, and Ops) within the corporation on building up data automation for 6 data sources and 10channels data of CEC tower to liberate labor. As far as the weekly dashboard is concerned, the time has been shortened by more than 10 times. ● Data Visualization: Designed and developed power BI report for CEC (customer engagement center) tower to visualize data as bar, line, matrix, and combined chart. Beautified interface and enhanced function to make report more friendly. The visualization saved much time for both of HQ and region make they can clearly and easily view their performance trend and CX. ●​Database Program: Build procedure to combine data from multiple databases, tables, and dimensions into a simpler and more comprehensive table, so that it can be automatically updated with different time. It solved the problem that the data is too large or missing in the association of multiple tables on the visualization platform. ●​Routine: Proposed KPI and target then push region to achieve it to save cost.
