About Léa Ginon Moreno
Hi 👋🏼My name is Léa Ginon Moreno and I want to contribute to make the world a safer and fairer place for all.Currently enrolled in the UCM's Master in Programmes and Public Policy Evaluation, I am looking for an organization where I can develop my final master thesis. I am especially interested in social and development cooperation projects, where the results of my evaluation could help improve the lives of vulnerable communities. This collaboration would allow me to continue building up my experience, while helping make academic knowledge useful for the business world. In the near future, I also wish to get some field experience to see how projects work on the ground, having already seen how the high political levels work in my internships at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at OIOS in UN Headquarters in New York.I am a curious person, eager to learn, hardworking, detail-inclined, caring and with great initiative.#sustainable development #development cooperation #Monitoring&Evaluation #SDGs #NGOs #work with purpose

Sometimes I also conducted literature reviews on certain topics of special relevance for the project.More recently, I have been in charge of developing some workshops for a strategic team retreat we will soon have. The main topics they will cover are team dynamics and coordination, a review of the tools we use in our day to day work and an analysis of market competition. Show less
