I started a new position as a Senior Product Owner, since two departments in the company got merged. I'm now part of the Product Management department in Foxxum. My wish was to take a step back and focus on the tasks that really matter for me - to make projects successful and customer happy. That's exactly what I've achieved with this new role.Now I'm able to work on the fun tasks again. In the role as Manager Customer Delivery I am responsible for the company wide project management and key account management. My team and I are taking care of Smart TV App Development Projects as well as Smart TV App Portal Projects. Smart TV App Development Projects are focussing on the software development of Smart TV Apps in clients order. Doing this, one of our main tasks is to consult our clients in the capabilities, best practices and new inventions for their Smart TV Application. A good product and technical understanding is key for succesful projects and good performing Smart TV Apps on all platforms worldwide. For Smart TV App Portal Projects we work closely together with TV manufacturers all over the world. Together with the customer we provide modern TV App Portals including the most relevant applications for the sales-region of the customer. The technical support and consulting, QA processes and content management are key actions for these projects. As Manager Customer Delivery, I coordinate all types projects together with my team and work closely with key project partners to make their projects happen in time with the best possible result. Also the continous improvement of project related processes in our company is one of the key tasks of my daily business.
