Working as a management consultant I was driven by creating commercial improvements and change within companies. What I was primarily interested in was that change is people. During the years working as management consultant I came to understand that the key interests of mine are people, behavior, and health. Why do we, as human beings, act the way we do? Why do we think the way we do? And how can we individually reach and live our full potential - both professionally and personally? I jumped into creating the platform Mind Care Collective, as I have a pure interest in the paradox of us, Western people, having more opportunities than ever, being wealthier than ever, and living longer than ever - while our mental health and wellbeing is declining. I have embarked on a journey to investigate and work with how we can succeed with being both professionally ambitious and(!) take care of ourselves, our wellbeing and our mental health at the same time.I wort with mental health, corporate wellbeing, sustainable performance, sustainable succes, work-life-balance.
