1. Process Sales and Purchase Orders within SAP R/3. Ensure parameters in the Sales and Purchase Order are correct and executed in a timely manner while complying with all business requirements. Perform all administrative work, and data maintenance, to ensure accurate Order output.2. Organize and/or track shipments of Products to ensure they reach Customer3. Issuance and release of invoices, order acknowledgements, Bills of Lading and all related documentation according to statutory and/or Customer requirements. Issuance of credit and debit memos as per Company policies. Control and legalization of documents.Ensure accuracy of documentation.4. Coordinate with Factories , ensuring semi-finished goods availability based on the customer's requirements. Coordinate, verify and communicate sales forecasts on an ongoing basis, ensuring the market demands are duly anticipated on an ongoing basis.5. Create PO for Semi-Finished goods and Freight services. Place Purchase orders and follow-upon them, ensuring Goods Receipts are posted upon actual reception of goods & services.6. Coordinate with Business Service Center on all issues related to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Month End/Year End closing. This includes the analysis required to un-block invoice documents from 3rd party/interco suppliers related to those activities managed by Global Material supply, namely Goods and Services POs .7. Ensure all activities undertaken by Global Material Supply dept fully comply with company policies and procedures. Address promptly concerns/questions from the the auditors (internal & external). Management of J-SOX, SWISS SOX controls embedded in the Company's O2C, P2P and IM mega processes.

Logistics and supply services : - Sales administration, follow customer's orders from reception to invoicing on SAP.-Manage customer’s claims: picking errors, damaged goods, pricing discrepancies, quality issue up to their final resolution in coordination with different departments as QC, finance, logistic and production.- Maintain master Data- Coordinate the shipment with the different forwarders, handle transports and customs documents.- Follow up KPIs- Maintain customers satisfaction.Sam Walton said : " There is only one boss.
