These documents would be maps, overall summary (retracing all interventions done in the past and futur challenges), on several scales to embody all the data, and physical challenges. At the same time, we had to communicate and re-create a link between the stakeholders (private and public) that were at the consultation table, and push our resources to offer an harmonious framework for the global future envisioned by the City onto the next projects already taking place in the Old Montreal, • Background studies (historical, technical, comparable, previous projects) for the Old Montreal.• Sketches, drawing of maps to communicate different layers of information to the Public and Councillors; + changes according to management and political decisions.• Analysis and creation of maps to assist the team assigned for budget's calculations.• Assistance in organization of data and contact of project stakeholders (inner and outter City workers)• Preparation of project presentation documents in accordance with the requests of the Councillors.• Co-work with different teams (inner City) to build the framework and guidelines for specific new policies regarding sustainability, accessibility, traffic and services challenges.• Assistance in other projects throughout the division (communication images, technical drawings)These tasks were mainly carried out using tools such as Adobe's Creative Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator and InDesign), and Excel tables.

My main role was to draw concepts and refined plans on a variety of scales. I also designed templates for reports, as well as write and edit them to present to clients or municipalities to obtain by-laws authorizations for our projects.
