I have always been interested in psychology, especially in understanding issues of equality and discrimination. During my studies, my focus has been on exploring how gender, race and sexual orientation intersect and shape experiences. Initially, my interests lay in workplace and political settings, but my PhD research is now centered on masculinity threat and finding effective prevention approaches.I use quantitative experimental methods in my work, aiming to produce data-driven insights. I am committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of my research, work, and teaching. My goal is to contribute to a more equitable and understanding society.
