Lea started with Associa Chicagoland in 2008 and has worked with a diverse portfolio of properties, including mid-rise condos, townhomes, single family homes, developer and commercial properties since becoming a Community Association Manager in 2010. While with Associa Chicagoland she also led the Customer Care Department for 5 years before accepting a promotion to Client Relations Manager and focusing on new client transitions and education. Lea recently accepted the position of Learning Specialist with Associa, where she will focus on community manager training and development. As an industry leader and volunteer, Lea provides education on association management topics via CAI, ACTHA, and other industry educators and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute, where she attends events, seminars and trade shows, and is the chair of the CAI-IL Homeowner Leader Education Committee. Lea obtained her CMCA designation in 2011, her AMS in 2012, and the prestigious PCAM designation in 2016. Outside of work, Lea enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family (including the four-legged members!).
