Lea Parrell is the President of Harmony Marketing, a company she founded in 2006. Prior to Harmony, Lea spent 16 years with Special Olympics Canada, including 7 years as their Vice President of Marketing & Development. Known throughout the industry as an "opportunity broker," Lea Parrell brings over 30 years of diverse experience in every area of marketing. Over those years, Lea has been responsible for creating some of the most successful and unique marketing & sponsorship strategies, media and corporate partnerships, events & festivals, television broadcasts and cause-related marketing projects in both Canada and abroad.Lea is the co-producer of the annual Toronto Waterfront Festival which brought the World’s Largest Rubber Duck to Canada for the first time as well Co-Producer of the TALL SHIPS 1812 Tour, the ONTARIO 150 Tour and the TALL SHIPS CHALLENGE ONTARIO tour in 2019.Other current and past Harmony Marketing clients include: Canadian International Air Show, LifeLabs, TD JerkFest Toronto, Butter Tart Festival in Midland, Breast Cancer Canada, PortsToronto, City of Toronto, Waterfront BIA, Ontario Home Builder’s Association, 20 VIC Management, Fashion Cares 25 featuring Elton John, and Canadian Music Week.
