About Lea Patterson

I have built cost models for over 20 years, starting in the Australian Navy and moving over to the US to build large-scale enterprise models for the US Navy and US Coast Guard even global decommissioning models for BP. About ten years ago we decided to specialize in Higher Education to bring the power of enterprise modelling to the complex business of running and managing universities and colleges.More recently we are developing solutions to model both cost and Greenhouse Gas Emissions in the same model to help organisations transition to a greener business in a financially sustainable way.
