A University research institute engaged in research on generational economics, statistical modelling of population dynamics and social phenomena.• Led the implementation of operational strategies to launch the Counting Women’s Work, a program that focused on the economic costs associated with women who do not work outside of the home. It provided metrics to assess the induced socio-economic impact and helped define various social programs encouraging women to pursue education and professional opportunities.• Devised recommendations at a UN high-level discussion panels (Women’s Thrive) on economic growth and women’s role. This resulted in policy reforms supporting an increase in women’s professional activity
